These Dragon Isles windsteeds are the favoured mounts of the Dracthyr playable race. They can be purchased by Dracthyr players in either The Forbidden Reach (the Dracthyr starting zone) or in Valdrakken.

Unlike other racial mounts, there's currently no Dracthyr-related reputation faction, so these mounts can never be purchased by players of other races.
