Utility / Service Mounts

A number of mounts offer special remote services, often (though not always) through NPC passengers. Our first utility mounts were the Traveler's Tundra Mammoths added in Wrath of the Lich King, which provide vendor and repair functions. Since then, the number of utilities provided by mounts has expanded to include transmog, mail, and remote Auction House access.

Auction House Utilities

So far, Auction House mounts have both been (i) brutosaurs, and (ii) very expensive - either in-game or from the Battle.net Shop. They are also hard to come by, as one is now solely available from the Black Market and the other only appears periodically in the Battle.net Shop.

Repair / Vendor Utilities

All these mounts offer an ability to repair your gear, but their vendor inventories vary and are often related to the expansion in which they were released.
