The core of Patch 10.2.7 is the 'WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria' event, which introduces a huge number of new mounts! To quote Blizzard, this activity 'is a time-limited event which allows players to re-experience the entirety of the Mists of Pandaria expansion at an accelerated rate from level 10 through 70'.
The majority of these mounts can be purchased with Bronze - a new type of currency that can be earned during gameplay - and a couple more come from achievements related to the event.
The remaining mounts appearing in the patch database are future Trading Post purchases, though we can't say for sure if they'll actually appear during 10.2.7 or at a later timepoint.
