This blue flying surfboard was part of a limited-time Tropical Wave Pack in the Battle.net Shop, but this offer ended in September 2025. The bundle included this mount and a bunch of 'Black Tropical' transmog with a beach / swimwear theme.

Hopefully the pack will return in the future, or the mount will be offered on the Trading Post.
