Notes:

You can create this handsome blue snail mount by combining 50 Leftover Elemental Slime. This reagent drops from the final boss of Froststone Vault Primal Storm events in the Forbidden Reach. This event occurs periodically throughout the day, and a blue skull appears at its location (just outside Froststone Vault) when it's active. You'll only obtain a small number of Elemental Slimes each event (possibly none!), but it's possible to repeat the event multiple times a day.
