So far, this fel elekk has only been available in a limited Pringles promotion that was restricted to Germany and which rapidly turned into a fiasco. In the promotion, players were asked to scan QR codes in German cities, which led them to a website with a quiz. Completing the quiz could award the mount. But the number of mount codes were severely limited and multiple codes could be claimed per participant, resulting in the codes being depleted very quickly and widespread scalping of extras.

However, Blizzard has confirmed that each promotional mount will eventually be made obtainable from the Trading Post. Unfortunately, we can't say when this will be.
