The Mighty Caravan Brutosaur will certainly get you noticed! It also carries two NPCs - an auctioneer and a merchant. This mount is now only available (rarely) on the Black Market Auction House. Originally (in Battle for Azeroth) it could be purchased for 5 million gold!
