Notes:

The Seedbloom required to purchase this mount can earned by completing the quest Blooming Dreamseeds, which can be done once per week per character.

There's also a small chance of getting this mount as a reward from Emerald Bounty events in the Dream when a Gigantic (purple) seed has been planted. Emerald Bounties are repeatable activities where you plant a Dreamseed (Small, Plump, or Gigantic) at one of a number of designated locations around the Dream, then harvest a lootable Bounty several minutes later. During the event, you can contribute Emerald Dewdrops to the growing seed to increase your rewards. Emerald Dewdrops can be earned from various activities in the Dream, including activities that pop up around the growing seed during the 3-minute event period.
