Prismatic Snapdragon

Chameleonic creatures can oftentimes adapt their cells to match the color of the outside world. This snapdragon adopted this ability, but only to match the contents of their stomach; taking the phrase 'you are what you eat' to a whole new level.

You can earn this mount through a multi-day quest chain in which you gain the trust of a Starving Snapdragon Runt - found near Zexel Fingersnap at the main quest hub of the Siren Isle. Interact with it to pick up the first quest, A Lifeline. Each day after that you'll be offered a new quest. If you miss a day you can just pick up where you left off, but you can still only complete one quest a day.

You can change your mount's colour by feeding it special treats! These are sold by Zexel Fingersnap, but only after you first unlock them by finding them around the Isle. There are eight and you can only obtain them after unlocking the mount:

Teal: You receive this one when you first receive your mount.
Crimson: Has a low chance of dropping from various 'Bilge Rats'-associated NPCs on weeks when Pirate invasions are active.
Inky: Awarded by Gazix Fusegrease, who wanders around the base camp. Talk to him and follow a dialogue by selecting 'I am the Trashmaster!'. For this option to be available you may need either the 'Trashmaster' title or to have obtained Trashmaster's Mantle from Operation: Mechagon some time in the past. But first just give him a try and see if it works!
Kaja'Cola-Braised: Obtained from Blinky Greasefingers at the base camp. Ignore his vendor window, instead follow his dialogue options until you receive the treat.
Muddy: Has a low chance of dropping from various Vrykul NPCs outside the Forgotten Vault in the north-west of the Isle. Can also drop from other Vrykul NPCs that appear around the Isle on weeks when Vrykul invasions are active.
Royal: Has a low chance of dropping from various Naga NPCs on weeks when Naga invasions are active.
Sandy: Can be looted from Seafarer's Caches which are found in the sea surrounding the Isle.
Storminfused: Has a low chance of dropping from various crabs in the Storm phase of the Isle.
