The Sandy Shalewing was originally the reward for the Master of the Turbulent Timeways achievement, a part of the first Turbulent Timeways event. With the opening of the second Turbulent Timeways event (which has a new mount reward: the Timely Buzzbee) this older mount can simply now be purchased from any Timewalking vendor for 5000 Timewarped Badges.
