This mount is available to all eligible characters on your account.
Level 10
Apprentice Riding (ground)
Expert Riding (flying)

Notes:

This undead proto-drake is awarded to you in retail WoW after you complete the Death Knight starting quest chain in Wrath of the Lich King Classic.

This mount will no longer be obtainable once Dragonflight launches.

Travel Mode:

Ground (+60% or +100% speed)
Flying (+150%, +280% or +310% speed)

Speed depends on your riding skill.
