Notes:

This mount and its Horde equivalent - the Chauffeured Mechano-Hog - are earned by completing an achievement to collect 35 different heirloom gear items. These mounts are special in two ways: they are usable by level 1 characters, and they come with chauffeurs. The Alliance chauffeur is Franklin Martin. Your character sits in the sidecar.
The mount arrives in the mail once you complete the achievement. As the achievement is account-wide you will automatically receive the equivalent mount for your characters on the opposing faction.
